01About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the EverySchema website and platform. EverySchema connects business data sources, prepares datasets, and makes authorized data available to reporting destinations and AI assistants.
When you accept these terms as part of registration or an order, you agree to them. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to bind it. A separately signed agreement or order takes precedence where it expressly conflicts with these terms. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not excluded.
02Accounts and workspace access
Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. Manage workspace membership and permissions carefully, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account and for ensuring that your users follow these terms.
03Authorized use and integrations
Connect only accounts and data that you are entitled to access and process. You are responsible for the permissions, notices, and legal bases needed to send data to EverySchema and to any destination or assistant you choose.
Third-party services have their own terms, limits, and availability. Changes to their APIs, permissions, or services can affect an integration. EverySchema does not control the operation of third-party providers.
04Customer data
You retain your rights in the data you provide. You grant EverySchema permission to access, store, transform, and transmit that data only as necessary to provide the service, follow your instructions, and meet applicable legal obligations.
The Privacy Policy describes personal data processing. Where EverySchema acts as a processor, the applicable data processing agreement governs that processing. You control which workspace datasets are accessible to your assistants.
05AI access and results
AI access is read-only and limited to authorized datasets. Your assistant and its provider remain responsible for their own processing and behavior under their applicable terms.
AI responses can be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. Check source data, metric definitions, currencies, time zones, and reporting periods before relying on an answer. You are responsible for decisions made using reports, exports, or AI responses. The service does not replace professional advice.
06Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, access another customer’s data, bypass permissions or usage limits, interfere with security, distribute malicious code, or infringe the rights of others. Do not attempt to obtain secrets or credentials through an assistant or query.
Security research must avoid unauthorized access to customer data and disruption of the service. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately through our contact email.
07Plans and payment
Any charges, billing frequency, usage allowances, renewal terms, and taxes are disclosed in the order or subscription terms you accept. A paid commitment arises only when you agree to those terms.
Cancellation, refunds, and plan changes follow the applicable order and mandatory law. These terms do not introduce an undisclosed automatic renewal, minimum commitment, or cancellation charge.
08Service operation and changes
We maintain and update the platform and may change features or integrations. Maintenance, incidents, and third-party outages can interrupt access. Any specific availability or support commitments are set out in your applicable agreement.
We give reasonable notice of material changes affecting your use where practicable. Urgent security, legal, or operational changes may take effect sooner.
09Suspension and ending use
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a security risk, unlawful use, material breach, or a legal requirement. We aim to make restrictions proportionate and provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue where practicable.
You may request account closure by contacting us. Before closure, retrieve the information you need and disconnect destinations as appropriate. Data return and deletion follow the applicable agreement and legal obligations. Closing EverySchema access does not remove information already held by connected third parties.
10Intellectual property
EverySchema and its licensors retain rights in the platform, software, branding, and documentation. You may use them as needed to access the service under your agreement. These terms do not transfer ownership of your data to EverySchema or ownership of the platform to you. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
11Responsibility and applicable rights
Each party remains responsible for its obligations under the agreement and applicable law. We do not guarantee that every integration or AI response is suitable for every purpose. Any separately agreed limits on liability apply only to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections. Disputes and governing law are determined by the applicable agreement and mandatory law; these terms do not impose a separate exclusive forum.
12Updates and contact
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or applicable law. Material changes are communicated in advance where required, and consent is obtained where legally necessary. Changes do not retroactively alter an agreed order. Contact the service operator with questions about your agreement.
